The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately in a written proposal or service agreement.

The free 20-minute Workflow Audit is a no-obligation consultation. Booking an audit does not create a binding service contract. We reserve the right to decline engagements at our discretion.

• All website content — including copy, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Creator's Lab and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• Upon full payment for a project, clients receive a licence to use the deliverables for their business. Creator's Lab retains the right to display the work as a portfolio case study unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback to enable project delivery.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, logos, or data they provide to us.
• Clients must comply with all applicable laws when using the systems we build.

Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Creator's Lab reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are overdue.

Creator's Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or the systems we build. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

The AI agents available in the Live Demo section are provided for demonstration purposes only. They are not connected to a live business and any information shared during a demo session is not stored or actioned by Creator's Lab.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
